Prestige Optics Lab LLC (“Prestige Optics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this website and all associated services—including product listings, ordering tools, and client communications—subject to your acceptance of the terms, policies, and conditions described herein. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including clients, vendors, and partners.

Prestige Optics Lab LLC is an independent aftermarket manufacturer of custom optical lenses. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or brand, including but not limited to Cartier, maybach eyewear, Chrome Hearts, or other eyewear brands mentioned on this site. All trademarks, brand names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for identification and compatibility purposes only.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Prestige Optics reserves the right to refuse to open an account or fulfill orders at our sole discretion. We require valid business information, including your legal name or company name, before proceeding with account setup or processing any orders.
3. ORDERING, FULFILLING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed in the order received and shipped via third-party carriers. Fulfillment times vary. Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered complete.
Prestige Optics is not liable for delays, misrouting, or delivery issues caused by carriers. Clients are encouraged to track their shipments and file claims directly with the carrier if needed.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
1. Payment on Delivery (POD):
If you are approved for Payment on Delivery (POD), payment must be made in full within 30 calendar days from the date the order is marked delivered according to tracking records.
2. Late Payment Penalty:
Failure to submit payment within this timeframe will result in a 15% late fee, calculated from the total value of the order. This fee will be added to the outstanding balance.
3. Future Order Restriction:
Customers with overdue balances (including applicable late fees) will be suspended from placing new orders until the full amount due is paid.
4. Prepaid Orders and Chargebacks:
If payment is made in advance of delivery, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute unless fraud or gross misrepresentation has occurred. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and seek reimbursement for any fees, damages, or losses resulting from unauthorized chargebacks or false claims.
5. Payment platform fees
If payment is made through third-party platforms such as PayPal, a processing fee may be added to your invoice total to offset platform fees. The exact fee will be disclosed in advance or reflected on your invoice.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Prestige Optics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in dispute.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes shall be handled in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas. You agree to waive any jurisdictional objections to venue.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
